President’s Training Council

If you are a member of the FHWA you may present the training council with up to 3 single point questions about the home watch business and a member or group of members will schedule a time to speak with you directly about these questions.

Bill Wright
Venice Home Watch, LLC

Since 2012, Bill and his wife Joann have been providing home watch services all over Charlotte & Sarasota counties. Bill, is a certified home watch professional, has been the primary lead on more than 15,000 service calls to date and has provided consultation for hundreds of additional service calls. Over the course of his 12+ years in the home watch business, Bill has also played a pivotal role in training numerous home watch business owners.

Gulf Breeze Home Watch

Since 2014, Matt and Angie have been providing home watch services in the Sarasota area. Their unwavering work ethic, commitment to excellence, and wealth of business experience have been pivotal in establishing what is widely regarded as one of the foremost home watch companies in the region. Before venturing into the home watch business, Matt was a successful entrepreneur with his own wholesale produce business, and Angie served as an office administrator in the insurance industry. The fusion of their successful past careers positions them as an unstoppable team and provide a wealth of knowledge as members of this council.

Mike Martyniak
POV Home Watch

Mike and Brenda have been providing home watch services in Hudson and its surrounding areas since 2015. Holding certifications as home watch professionals, they consistently deliver exceptional services to their clients and have garnered recognition in the Sun Coast news. Additionally, Mike has taken on the role of a session leader at various FHWA conferences, sharing valuable knowledge and insights with both new and experienced members of the home watch business. Their commitment to service and compassion to the customers is unequaled. For all these reasons and more, they bring their veryb own distinctive business perspective to the council.

Nicholas Lemmon
Shield Home Watch

Since 2019 Nick, has been providing home watch services in the Bradenton area. Prior to 2019 he has worked in healthcare operations for over 10 years, with experience in human resources, project management, business process operations and quality assurance. A certified project manager, with a bachelors in Accounting and a Master’s in Health Administration, his career has taken him across the country and around the world. These qualifications make him a valued asset to this training council.
