Membership Requirements
- Agree to abide by the FHWA “Core Values”
- Submit to or provide a copy of a recent criminal background check
- Provide & maintain proof of yearly insurance and bonding certificate
- Be recognized by the state of Florida as a legitimate business entity
- Have and maintain an LLC or Incorporation filing with the state
- Have and maintain a fictitious business name filing with the state
- Be up to date (in good standing) with the FHWA yearly membership fee
