Pest Control expert to speak about primary insect control do’s and don’ts and why. Plant & tree care expert to discuss plant health and disease so you can relay issues to clients. Why we suggest you never spray for insects or spray pesticides (especially weed killer) for clients.

SESSION 3
10:15a – 10:40a

Insurance, bonding limits and costs learn how may be able to save money without increasing your risk exposure. What is a fair premium and when should you change companies or agents? The importance of lost key coverage.

SESSION 4
10:45a – 11:10a
Tools & equipment of the trade and how a technical professional appearance will make a huge impression on potential clients. Things a client should/could implement themselves to better protect their investment while they are away.

SESSION 5
11:15a – 11:40a
Marketing as it pertains to service logistics and establishing service areas. Pitfalls of trying to service an area far far away. What must be done to make a long distance client base profitable or how/when to decide it is not worth the drive.

Service valuation and just how much can be charged? Factors to consider are service area, company qualification/training, reporting tools, average competitor pricing. Value added services that compliment home watch services and in turn add to your bottom line and the potential concerns in providing them.

Accreditation vs Certification as it is perceived from the client’s point of view and how to get FHWA certified.

SESSION 9
2:15p – 2:40p

Tips and tricks to help keep service call times to a minimum, how not to forget important aspects of a call and scheduling to save time.
